Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy is part of my Terms of Service and should be read alongside them. Please review this policy carefully when placing an order.

Shipping Methods & Fulfillment

All artworks ship from London, United Kingdom.

Each piece is made with great care and handled as a collectible artwork. From fulfillment to final delivery, every step of the process is designed to be seamless, secure, and worry-free for collectors.

Fulfillment & Delivery Time

  • Fulfillment time: 5–10 business days

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days after dispatch

Total estimated delivery time:
5–10 business days (fulfillment) + delivery time

Once your artwork ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Methods (Fully Insured)

Framed Artworks

  • £25 GBP per order

  • Shipped via DHL Express

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Charged once per order

If your order includes multiple framed artworks, they may be shipped in separate packages. This is done intentionally to minimise risk and ensure that each piece arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Unframed Artworks

  • £10 GBP per order

  • Shipped via Royal Mail 1st Class

  • Delivery time: 1–2 business days

  • Charged once per order

Packaging, Insurance & Tracking

Every artwork is:

  • securely packaged

  • fully insured

  • tracked from dispatch to delivery

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your artwork leaves the studio.

If something goes wrong — like transit damage — I’ll take care of it personally. Just send me photos showing both the damage and packaging, and I’ll handle the rest, including covering return shipping and sending a replacement.

Sustainability

Shipping emissions are carbon-offset through the Shopify Planet program.

Taxes & Duties

There are no hidden fees.
The price shown at checkout is the final price — all applicable taxes are included.

Shipping Delays

If your shipment is delayed for any reason, I will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.
