In Iceland’s remote Westfjords, I came across the red cabin of Ásgarður — standing alone among the golden fields, facing the sea and the wind. The air was cold and still, and the only sound was the distant rhythm of waves meeting the shore.
I remember stopping the car and stepping into that silence. The cabin felt alive — its color burning softly against the muted tones of autumn, a small beacon of warmth in the vastness.
